PAYMENT PLAN

Invoices will be sent a few days prior to due date for review. Simply click the link in your invoice to pay on your own. Any late payments will incur a $50 late fee.

  • $500 deposit (nonrefundable but transferable)
  • 3 equal payments of remaining balance (invoice to be sent) must be paid on/before:

• January 21st

• April 1st

• June 3rd

  • What does 'nonrefundable but transferable' mean?

    Once your deposit or any subsequent payment is made, we will not refund it. We immediately use the funds to secure various components of your vacation package once your payment is processed. If you cannot attend this trip once you make a payment, we encourage you to find someone to replace you. Your funds paid will transfer to them and the remaining balance will now be their responsibility. 

  • Is there a payment plan available?

    Yes. We place everyone on a payment plan unless you decide to pay your package in full. The payment plan allows you to pay your deposit, followed by 3 subsequent payments. 

    •  Deposits are due by Dec. 17th
    •  Subsequent payments: 3 equal payments of remaining balance to be paid before/on January 21st, April 1st & June 3, 2023.  

    We will make 1 attempt to reach a traveler if payment information does not process correctly. After several attempts or missed payments, we will cancel any traveler who is in default of payment schedule. If space is available, you can reinstate for a $100 fee


  • How are payments processed?

    They will be processed via PayPal. Due to regulations, a 3.5% processing fee will apply to each payment processed to be incurred by the traveler, not World Travels LLC.

  • When is the balance due?

    All packages/balances must be paid in full by June 3, 2023. Any payments received after this date are subject to a $125 late fee.

  • Is Airfare included?

    No. This must be purchased separately and is the sole responsibility of the traveler.

  • Which airport do I fly into?

    Hewanorra International Airport (UVF)

  • Is transportation included?

    Yes. Private roundtrip ground transportation to/from the resort is included

  • Can I book directly with the resort?

    Unfortunately, due to our package being custom curated and exclusive, you will be unable to participate in any of these private activities if you book directly with the resort.

  • Do I need a passport?

    Yes. Your passport needs to be valid an additional 90 days after the trip concludes.

  • Can I change my initial reservation?

    Yes, you can change your room category, modify your dates, add/remove suitemates, etc. all subject to availability up until the deadline of 6/3/2023. Any changes are subject to a modification fee of $50/change. No changes are allowed after 6/3/23. Once again, payments are non-refundable but transferable due to contractual obligations. Refunds of any kind will not be provided. Travel Protection is highly recommended and can be used to file claims for non-refundable expenses.

  • What happens if my suitemate cancels?

    If they decide to cancel, the rate will change to a single occupancy rate unless you find a replacement. We will try to assist but, ultimately, finding replacements is the traveler's responsibility. Refunds will not be provided due to a suitemate canceling. Travel Protection is highly recommended and can be used to file claims for non-refundable expenses. Get a quote here.

  • What is Diamond Club?

    Benefits of the Diamond Club include the affordability of an exclusive luxury experience. This includes premium services and amenities such as butler service, access to exclusive restaurants & bars, designated pool and beach area. Also included is the private access to the Diamond Club Lounge, 1-hour of hydrotherapy (per stay), upgraded mini-bar with premium liquor, plus upgraded room service menu, robe and slippers

  • What is The Hideaway?

    All Hideaway suites are in the Adult-only section of the property with exclusive access to the adult-only restaurant and beach area. You will also have access to all standard Royalton amenities & services. It does not automatically include Diamond Club perks but it can be selected as an upgrade.

  • What is the maximum number of occupants per room?

    Max room capacity is 4 unless it is a Family, Presidential or Penthouse suite.

  • Can I add on activities?
